PRODUCT RESEARCH
Even if it's a basic or specialized product, our team will ensure that the manufacturer selected will meet all needs on certifications, fabrication standards, product finishing and packaging quality.
SAMPLING
Samples of the final product are produced to be inspected and tested by our team. If If required by the costumer, samples can be sent by air courier either to ensure final product specifications, or if any government bureau inspection is needed for import permit.
ORDERING
After the sample is inspected, the order is placed meeting the negotiated MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) that fits best with the customer needs. This process takes from 30 to 60 days depending on factory demand.
QUALITY CONTROL
Throughout the manufacturing process our team will constantly inspect and supervise the production, any product that doesn’t meet the client’s specifications will not be accepted as part of the final shipment. To ensure our customers' trust, there is a constant communication and report of all the production process and final order status.
SHIPPING & LOGISTIC
Once the order is completed and has passed Quality Control, the product will be loaded for freight transportation. All product pricing is FOB China and can be LCL (Less Than Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load) ranging from 20', 40', 40'HQ and 45', adjusting to each client’s needs. Forward company used is freely chosen by costumer for load pick up on port advised. Our team will give companion throughout freight booking to ensure order is successfully picked up on port.
